松本を拠点として活動するDJ／プロデューサー。
2016年よりT4CKY名義で活動を開始。様々なレーベルからのリリースを重ね、2019年にBUDDHAHOUSEのレーベル「FRUIT PARLOR」からリリースしたEP『3+3』はiTunes Storeのエレクトロニックチャートで1位を記録した。2020年より名義をYu Takimotoと改め、民謡、歴史、日本のカルチャー、社会事象などをテーマとして精力的にアルバムやEPのリリースを行なっている。
 
Yu Takimoto is a Japanese sound artist and DJ.
Since 2016 he has self-released several EPs and singles by the name of T4CKY. The EP 3+3, released in April 2019, topped iTunes Store Electronic chart in Japan.
After the T4CKY alias, He started working on his new project as Yu Takimoto in 2020 and has released a number of albums and EPs.
He uses a variety of inspirations in his songs, such as synthetic sounds, folkloric music, Japanese popular culture and social issues.
